Please be advised that the services I provide are techniques and modalities to assist you in your self care regimen. It is a way to reduce stress and enhance relaxation. As a Licensed Massage Therapist I do not diagnose conditions, nor do I prescribe substances, or perform medical treatment. It is recommended that you see a physician, or licensed health care professional for any physical or psychological ailment you may have.
Understand that self- improvement requires commitment on your part to ensure the best outcome for you and to benefit fully from your treatments.
Acknowledge that a treatment program must be followed to be truly effective.
Privacy notice
No information about any client will be disclosed to any third party without written consent of the client and parent or guardian if the client is under 18.
Children and minors under 18 years of age will need to have a parent or legal guardian sign a consent form. Additionally minors will need to be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian to their appointment.
Scheduling
To schedule your appointment 100% of the service fee will need to be collected at the time of scheduling on all single session appointments in order to hold your requested appointment.
All packages must be paid in full in order to be eligible for the special rate.
Payment
Payment is due and collected at the time of booking . Acceptable forms of payment include Cash, Zelle, Credit & Debit card ( ALL CARD PAYMENTS WILL BE SUBJECT TO AN ADDITIONAL $5 TRANSACTION FEE PER SINGLE SESSION)
Cancellation Policy
Please be advised that cancellations made up to 24 hours before a scheduled appointment via phone call or text will be processed without a penalty.
Always leave a detailed message including your full name, phone number, with appointment time and date.
Cancellations made under a 24 hour notice of your scheduled appointment will be subject to a charge of 100% of the service rate on SINGLE sessions. If you have purchased a Package and fail to comply with my 24 hour cancellation policy you will be subject to 100% loss of that scheduled session.
This includes appointments where the service provider is unable to access the property, is turned away, the client is unavailable at the expected appointment time and date. This also applies to video call appointments.
To avoid a cancellation fee, please provide cancellation notice at least 24 hours prior to your appointment.
This means if you are scheduled for a session at 12:00P.M. you would need to have delivered the cancellation notice by or before 12:00P.M. the day before at the latest. Any time after a 24 hour period then the cancellation penalty will apply.
An appointment confirmation text message will be sent out a day prior to your scheduled appointment. Please reply to the text message to confirm, cancel, or to reschedule the appointment.
Same-Day Changes to Session duration.
To respect scheduling and availability, session durations cannot be reduced on the day of your appointment. Clients who book 90-minute or 2-hour sessions are responsible for the full fee, regardless of late arrival or early termination of the session.
Package sessions are not to be split, shared, or gifted. They must only be used by the original recipient. All packages will have an expiration date. The day of purchase counts as day one.You will have six months to use up the sessions in your package. All appointments must be scheduled on a date before the given expiration date. Packages are NON REFUNDABLE.
Gift certificates have an expiration date. You will have up to six months to redeem your certificate. Date of purchase counts as day one. Your appointment must be set on a date before the given expiration date. Gift certificates are NON REFUNDABLE.
Travel fee
$10 travel fee will be applied to your service total for all Outcall appointments.
As an outcall provider I am available to provide my services at the privacy and comfort of your home or business.
* I DO NOT provide my services anywhere on the Las Vegas Strip, hotels, or motels. Sessions must take place at a residential home address or business location off of the Las Vegas Strip.
